Pause and Resume Tracked Prompts

Pause a tracked prompt to free up a quota slot without losing its scan history, then resume it whenever it matters again.

How does Pause and Resume Tracked Prompts work?

Not every prompt deserves permanent tracking. A seasonal question, one tied to a campaign that ended, or one you added to test — deleting it is the only alternative to letting it eat a quota slot forever, but deleting throws away every scan result it ever collected.

Pausing a prompt does neither. It stops being scanned daily and frees its slot for something else, but every past result stays exactly where it was — nothing is deleted, and resuming later picks up daily scanning again without losing any history in between.

It is a plain toggle on the Prompts tab, not a separate flow: pause when a prompt goes quiet, resume it the moment it is relevant again.
